The Challenge
EPIC Elevators required a manufacturing facility that defied the standard industrial aesthetic. The goal was to transform a functional factory into a structural landmark, ensuring their production hub physically embodied the strength and precision of their engineering.
The Solution
We designed the factory as a literal brand statement. The administrative bridge is a dramatic cantilever supported entirely by the massive, load-bearing "EPIC" letters, integrating the company name directly into the facility's skeleton. This fusion of raw concrete and sleek glass creates a powerful, modernist gateway to the production lines.
